Barbecue Ribs

BBQ Ribs

Cut ribs into serving pieces and boil. Cook 5 min, then drain.

Mix ½ cup soy sauce with 1½ tbsp cornstarch.

Place ribs in shallow glass dish. Brush on the soy mixture. Cover. Put in fridge 1 hr. Turning meat occasionally.

Start grill on med. coals. Cook 20 min. Turn and cook 30-40 min longer, turning and basting with BBQ sauce or sweet and sour.
